Welcome to visual ongaku
Welcome to visual ongaku: a general informational site for indies visual kei bands. This site focuses on spreading information, lyrics, and more on indies visual kei bands. Why indies? Well, my favourite bands tend to always be indies visual kei, and also, indies visual kei bands could definitely use more fans, and I hope by translating information on them, I might be able to help spread the love. There's some amazing bands out there with hardly any english information, so it might be hard for fans who cannot speak or read Japanese to get into them. Also, it's sort of my hobby to translate all this information on bands, so I figured why not throw it all onto a site?
Navigation can be found above. Bands are listed in both Japanese and English/Romaji. If you find any errors or have any questions about the site, feel free to contact me (contact information can be found on the about page).
Updates
Site renewal restarted, after a bout of sickness. Changed the layout again, but I'm hopefully sticking with this one and will finish up the rest of the renewal soon, provided my body allows it. Sorry for the delays~
Site renewal started. Many links might not work. Please excuse the construction, the site should be completed in a few more days. ^-^
As you may have noticed, I now also have 2 other sites I'm running and 1 other that I am co-running.Aizome Kyoto is a fansite for the disbanded Kyoto band, Aikaryu. I'm a huge Aikaryu fan, and I want to make that site be the best reference for Aikaryu information.
My next site is the last quarter, a fansite for the awesome up-and-coming Tokyo band, UnsraW.
And last, but certainly not least, I co-own The Revenant Choir, a Versailles fansite, with my friend Miku.
Please check them out! They're my main projects these days, but I promise that I haven't forgotten about this site. ^-^;
